Refund policy

We want every sip of our coffee to bring you joy. If your first order isn’t exactly what you hoped for, no worries—we’ll happily give you a full refund. No questions, no returns—just a simple way to make trying us out risk-free.

For all other orders, because our coffee is fresh and perishable, we can’t accept returns—unless something arrives damaged. Please note that shipping costs for express services (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and other expedited options) aren’t refundable, and ground shipping is only refundable if your order was damaged due to our error.

If you notice any damage when your order arrives, please reach out within 48 hours so we can make it right. After 48 hours, we won’t be able to process exchanges or returns, so a quick heads-up helps us help you best.
